YOU MADE ME FEEL by Kit Zauhar
“At a bar somewhere in Brooklyn, a woman has arranged two conversations with two different men. Over the course of the evening she interrogates, succumbs to, and defends herself against the men, digging into the desire that has compelled her to lurch for them, and for a life of wanting ecstatically, at any cost.”
Directed by Michelle Moriarty / with Stephee Bonifacio, Austin Cassel, and Matt Street.
GOOD TO YOU by April Consalo
“When Nico’s rockstar ex-girlfriend calls looking for a place to crash after a show, the two spend the night drinking and getting high. Tensions build as they discuss the past, until they’re forced to confront the disparities and desires that destroyed them.”
Directed by Gia Bonello / with April Consalo, Katrin Nugent, and Stephee Bonifacio
MOVING DAVE by Theodore Collatos
“Returning home from a long trip, Teddy finds his apartment in chaos—his roommate Dave is strung out with Kristine a woman he picked up in the park, and two strangers, Mike and Sam, have moved in. Forced to band together, the unlikely housemates face an uncertain future beyond their shared home.”
Directed by Theodore Collatos / with Matt Street, Rich Carrillo, Emma Goode, Ari Dalbert, Myles Brewer, Austin Cassel, and Stephee Bonifacio
Working Classes
We are working class. We believe in work that is deeply, unabashedly, American. By that, we mean work that is singular, individuated, and full of size. Work that is unafraid of failure, that risks everything in order to get to something true, something real. Work that is lived in, sweaty, and sensual. Work that is mature, and messy, and cutting.
We believe in artists who are willing to put themselves on the line. Artists who can and will reveal the worst and best parts of themselves in equal measure, Who are interested in questions, not answers. Who aren’t afraid of being “unfinished”.
We are creating a home for like-minded people to share ideas, to train, and to perform. Our classes are affordable, our ticket prices are cheap, and our doors open to all who want to join us. the working class once had a seat at the grand table of American theatre and cinema, and it's time to take that seat back.
