• Ryan Czerwonko

    ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

    Ryan is the artistic director of Adult Film, and is an actor/filmmaker. With over two dozen tv/feature film credits, he has guest starred and recurred on NBC's "The Endgame", "Chicago Med", and "Chicago Fire", among many others, working with directors like The Russo Brothers, James Franco, and Roland Joffe. Upcoming: "Birder", directed by Nate Dushku. He recently appeared as Jason in Lynn Nottage's play "Clyde's" at George Street Playhouse, and has worked across the country at the Monomoy Theatre, Orlando Shakespeare Theatre, First Folio Theatre, 16th Street Theatre, and performed in the North American tour of "Evil Dead: The Musical". As a filmmaker, his work has screened at Sene Film Festival, Big Apple Film Festival, Chain NYC Film Festival, qFlix Philadelphia, and more.

  • LAuren Guglielmello

    Lauren is an actress and creative producer based in New York City. Recently, she played Masha in Sea Gull and Mrs. Keeney in Eugene O'Neill's Ile at Adult Film. Her other NYC theater credits include how would you like me to atone? at The Brooklyn Center for Theatre Research, The Pool at The Tank, The Den(reading) at Walkerspace, and Crow Play at the New York Fringe Festival. Lauren toured internationally with Invulnerable Nothings Company's production of Bloody Poetry (her favorite stop was at the Edinburgh Festival!). Lauren has also performed at Lifeline Theatre, Redtwist Theatre, and Mary-Arrchie Theatre in Chicago. She holds a BFA in Acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University and trained at Centre Artistique International Roy Hart in France.

    Matt Street is an actor and artist based out of Bushwick. He’s interested in the working class, Mark Fisher’s theories, and American identity. You may have seen him in basements, lofts, and the occasional backyard performing in plays new and old.

    Originally from SOCAL, Stephee (pronounced Stevie) is an actress and singer/songwriter based in NYC. Recent film credits include A Different Man (A24) and Sweethearts (HBO). Recent theater credits include Godmode (Gene Frankel Theater) produced by Girls Carrying Shit and This is the Rill Speaking (Adult Film). She’s played original music with Unplugged NY, Living Room Artists, and Breaking Sound NYC. She is the only daughter of a single mother, her grandmother is a psychic, and her eyes can be seen on L’Oréal mascara boxes.

    Addie Guidry is an emerging Actor, Writer & Producer. She holds a BFA in Drama from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU (Class of 2020), where she studied at the Stella Adler Studio and the International Theatre Workshop in Amsterdam. Addie is an alum of The 24 Hour Plays (Nationals 2023) and is currently a member of The New Play Directing Fellowship Acting Company at Clubbed Thumb, where she has performed in workshops of new plays since 2022. Addie loves remembering she’s real, synchronicity, experiencing awe, kopfkino, intensity, apophenia, her questioning spirit, her demons, coffee breaks, putting outfits together, freudenfreude, anthropomorphism, crying, cleaning, ailurophilia, the relationship between music and memory, long solo walks, foofaraws, discussions about psychology and philosophy, olive tapenade, when she doesn’t give a fuck, everything The Cheetah Girls ever said, when the vibes are cheetahlicious. Addie is the greatest project she will ever work on because of who she is and what’s in her heart. And she’s a pure Cheetah Girl. Por La Vida.

    Ethan Navarro is an actor based in New York City. Credits include Spring’s Awakening (Off-Broadway), The Machine (Park Avenue Armory), as well as the title character of Jack in Adam Baran’s Jackpot (Winner - Best Short Film - 2013 Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival). He tells everyone he is a native New Yorker, but immediately follows this with “well, Long Island!” Ethan is an artistic associate and performer for Adult Film, the Brooklyn-based theatre and film collective.

    Mia is an actress and producer based in New York City. Her work on camera includes (mostly) surviving explosions (Blindspot), heroin overdoses (HightownEye Candy), fire tornados (Believe) aggressive FBI interrogations (The Mysteries of Laura, Allegiance), 19th century firearms (Stay), and chaotic female rivalries (Little Bunker Hill, Recluse, Human Resource). New York stage credits include originating the role of Celia in Ashville (The Rattlestick Playwright’s Theatre), Mary Shelley in Mary Shelley Frankenstein (The Signature Theatre), 27 Wagons Full of Cotton and The Seagull (Adult Film), Lola's Movie (The Tank), and Uncle Vanya, Childdeathsong, By Morning (Brooklyn Center for Theatre Research). Mia has a BFA in Acting from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Economics from The University of Birkbeck, London.

    Hunter Bryant is an actor, writer, and teaching artist based in New York City. His recent NYC theatre credits include, To My Girls (Second Stage Theatre), Sounding Board (Performa Biennial), Savage/Love (Adult Film). Workshops: White Girl in Danger (Second Stage Theatre). He's also performed throughout Chicago with The Hypocrites, First Floor Theatre, The Museum of Contemporary Art, VAM, & Open Television.

Fun Fact: He decided to become a professional actor while watching FELA! on Broadway in 2010... a delayed reaction because his actual first Broadway show was Mama Mia.

    Raina Soman is an actress based in NYC. Her recent credits include a co-star in FBI Most Wanted and leading roles in independent theater productions Gray Whale and Oil on Canvas. Currently she is working on Anya in Adult’s Film production of The Cherry Orchard.

    Christopher Jon Martin was a Los Angeles based film and television actor for the past 25 years, and is now based in NYC.   • MEGAN METRIKIN

    Megan Metrikin was born in South Africa and completed her theater studies at the University of Cape Town. She recently performed the role of Arkadina in Adult Film Company’s Sea Gull. Since moving to New York, she has written and performed two solo shows Elephantwoman and Finding Fellini, which won “Best Solo Show" at the Midtown International Theatre Festival and “Best Actress” at the United Solo Festival. Finding Fellini was performed at Theatrelab, La Mama, The New York Fringe and Frigid Festival. Megan also performed the Leading role in Sophiatown, designed by William Kentridge, which toured internationally. She worked extensively at Johannesburg’s Market Theater where credits include The Dybbuk, Flight,  Speed the Plow, The Tempest, Cowboy Mouth, Hamlet, La Ronde, Exit the King, Love Story in Maputo, Calldewey Farce, Tooth and Nail (Handspring Puppet Company) and The Lulu Sex Tragedies. Megan worked for several years in Cape Town’s experimental Glass Theatre Company.Her film work has included performances in Shot Down, which won best film at the Mannheim film festival and The Howling Part IV

    Joey Merlo (he/they) is a New York Foundation for The Arts playwriting fellow based in Brooklyn, New York. They are a
    theater maker and educator who has worked all over the world including Greece, Peru and Ghana. Projects include his off-Broadway premier, the “Brilliant/Highbrow” (NY Mag), On Set with Theda Bara, starring David Greenspan and directed by Jack Serio; co-produced by Transport Group and The Lucille Lortel Theatre at The Brick in February 2024, Skedaddle Bar, produced by Adult Film in December 2023 and Midnight Coleslaw's Tales from Beyond The Closet –“The years most twisted psychosexual melodrama---A bittersweet yet biting piece” (NYT)--starring Charlene Incarnate and directed by Nick Browne at The Tank in June 2024.     George is an actor, writer, and educator based in New York City. He’s most recently appeared in Matthew Gasda’s Ardor, Dover, Messages, Still Life, Minotaur & All the Mournful Voices. He has worked with Roundabout, Trinity Rep, Bedlam, Rattlestick, People's Light, SpeakEasy Stage, Epic Theater Ensemble, Dixon Place, Bay Street Theater, & A Noise Within. TV credits include Blue Bloods, Madam Secretary, Little Voice, Halston, Gravesend, & Allen Gregory. Film credits include Delivery Girl (Sundance 2019) and Micks Out. From 2010 to 2013 George served as a writer's assistant to screenwriter Jonathan Roberts. Olesky earned an MFA in Acting from Brown University/Trinity Rep and BA from Hampshire College. He was a 2015 recipient of The Brown in the World Grant for a research fellowship in Berlin. He is a member of ADULT FILM, a Bushwick-based theater & film collective, with which he premiered his solo work Joan. George has been an Actor in Residence at Media Workshops + College since 2018 and is a founding member of The Brooklyn Center for Theater Research in Greenpoint, where he teaches acting.

  • Ell Peck

    FOUNDING MEMBER

    Ell is a Brooklyn based actress and writer. She made history in 2019 as the first trans actor in the U.S. to play Blanche DuBois in Precariat Productions’ critically acclaimed A Streetcar Named Desire directed by Kevin Hourigan. Credits include Ryan Guiterman’s animated horror feature film Canvas which premiered at the Annecy Film Festival and was distributed by Gravitas Ventures, she co-wrote and starred in Ugly/Handsome Films’ web series Tonight, We Fuck The Trailer Park Out Of Each Other based on the book of poetry by C. Russell Price, and can be seen in Isabel Ellison’s upcoming directorial feature film debut Loud and Longing. She graduated with a BFA in Drama from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, where she studied at the Experimental Theatre Wing and the International Theatre Wing in Amsterdam. She is represented by CESD.
